Jim and Mandy McGovern are the owners of the first Pinocchio’s franchise store located in Greenwood, Indiana. They have successfully mirrored the image of quality, taste and fun from Sanibel Island where they vacationed with daughter Miranda and son Alec for the past 13 years. Together with their managers and staff, the McGovern’s bring the Pinocchio’s Sanibel Experience to Indy’s Cuisine Scene in all aspects of the business including creating their own unique flavors including Hoosier Hysteria©, introducing unique products to the Pinocchio’s Dessert Concierge line including Tazza Torta Gelato (gelato cupcakes) and ensuring each Customer receives the same high level of service associated with the Pinocchio’s brand.

Like Sanibel, all ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, sorbet and sorbetto are made fresh daily right in their Greenwood store at 1011 North State Road 135. The ice cream recipes are Pinocchio’s.  The vibrant colors of the Pinocchio’s brand are easily identifiable to anyone who frequents the Sanibel store but there is individuality in the design of their store that lets everyone know this is Greenwood including the beautiful weathered reclaimed wood wall which brings a little local history to the store.
